The Typograf font manager by Neuber Software is an application which manages fonts for True Type, Open Type, Post Script Type 1 and Printer fonts. Typograf displays all properties of fonts including their kerning pairs, copyright, designer, typeface classification and website. Tyeface classification is done based on the PANOSE system, the internal metric structure of Window or IBM Font classes. It allows you to view the keyboard layout, zoom view and the character set along with the ability to search for similar fonts. Related fonts are displayed based on the typeface classifications while comparisons are done based on major feature of the font such the character width, kerning pairs and file data. It can also print fonts of any size with the ability to print 1, 6, 20, 40 or 80 fonts on one A4 page. Typograf is a free to try software with a trial period of 30 days beyond which you will be required to purchase it for further usage. During the trial period, the fonts will also print with an automatic watermark. Being only 1.55 MB it is light software for use and is compatible with Windows 8/7/Vista/XP/Server. The newer version of Typorgaf differs from its previous one by proving intelligent Unicode search, multiple selection duplication, kerning pair analysis and Unicode character display in sample text. The file management capabilities of the software includes the ability to move, copy or delete font files, unload or load fonts and install or uninstall them. It allows you to organize your True Type and Post script files by keeping them in font groups and databases. All fonts are cataloged so you know which CD/DVD ROM or folder the files are located in. Font groups can be created in order to load them as needed.
